Then

So here I am.

Let's start somewhere at the beginning.  cindyLogic started early.  Everyone develops their own logic.  It could be how you set your plate up when you eat.  What colors you may or may not eat or how you see the world and choose to deal with it,  You are building  your own logic.  some people might say its more like an obsession, but let's not go there.

Me?  I always buy a People magazine or something similar before I fly, so the plane won't crash.  I've been doing this most of my adult life.  Why?  I'm sure it started just because I had never flown much and I needed a distraction.  It has been especially helpful during those bumpy rides.  It does become problematic flying internationally.  And, yes, I have paid exorbitant amounts of money for "imported" People magazines, just so I don't panic on the plane

I love music, and albums especially, even now in the age of digital music.  I have always been a even number sort of person, so two or four or an even number when purchasing items is my motto.

I started drawing when I was very young and I loved looking at books and comics (see photo to the left - me "reading"). My parents were big book readers.  Once I learned to read it got a whole lot more interesting.  I developed my interest for fashion from "Millie the Model" and going shopping with my mother.

I spent a lot of time drawing....even when I wasn't suppose to be drawing....like in school.  I spent hours at home with a pencil and paper.

I went to school for Fashion Design, and I loved fashion illustration.  A lost art these days.  I received my BS at Colorado State University after spending a year in Portland Oregon at a small private college.

I have had many opportunities to work in different areas of apparel including design and textile design and travel to different countries for my work at  Rocky Mountain Clothing Company, the May Company, jcpenney and CKK Home Decor.

All of these experiences have helped make me a more complete designer, product developer and project manager.  Now, I have the opportunity to get back to something I love.  Creating my art.  My logic.  My bliss, so to speak.

Here I am!
